WARNING

Flush the vacuum system with air for about 5 minutes be-
fore switching it off under atmospheric conditions (ambient
pressure) (if necessary for safety reasons: with an inert
gas).
10.2.2 Clean vacuum system
à
Clean the vacuum system exterior only with a damp cloth
and non-flammable cleaning agents.

If compressed air is available, blow out the parts.
10.3 Replace diaphragm, valve plates/seals and
O-rings

When flushing the vacuum sys-
tem with inert gas, ensure that the
gas ballast valve is closed and
that no reactive or explosive mix-
tures form.
Necessary requirements
- Vacuum system switched off and mains
plug pulled out of socket
- Vacuum system cleaned and free of haz-
ardous materials
- Hoses removed from pneumatic inlet and
outlet
