Emptying the dust bin

WARNING

Improper use of the appli-
ance may lead to serious inju-
ry or death.
■ Before emptying the dust
bin, always pull the mains
plug out of the socket.
CAUTION
Health hazard!
Improper handling of the ap-
pliance may result in health
hazards.
■ Do not empty the dust bin
in enclosed spaces. Empty
the dust bin on a balcony,
or outdoors directly into the
waste bin.
If the dust bin (4) is full, the "dust
bin full" indicator (9) will light up.
If this happens, please empty the
dust bin immediately.
1. Pull the mains plug (13) out of
the socket.

2. Press the handle with dust
bin release button (15) for the
dust bin (4) and lift the dust bin
upwards by the carrying han-
dle (1) to remove it from the
appliance.
3. Hold the dust bin over a waste
bin.
