9. Logger/data transfer
The menu item Log/IR initiates subprograms that control the long-term data
registration (logging) and its infrared output or transfer.
9.1 IrDA data transfer

The menu item Log/IR —> IrDA is used to transfer stored measured values
and records to a PC.
The contents stored in the DC 100 are transferred to a PC via the infrared
PRO
interface (order no. 9631). The PC, for example, can receive these data via
the Windows HyperTerminal after which they are prepared under Excel. The
internet address www.woehler.de also provides a freeware Excel program
DC2000.exe for downloading that can directly read the logger data into an
Excel list. When the program HyperTerminal is used to receive data, it must
be configured as follows:
