Connecting the Probe to the DUT
The mini clip is designed for probing large IC
pins, wires and through-hole components.
The micro clip is designed for probing IC pins
and thin wires in fine-pitch applications.
Clips can be used to contact ground and sig-
nal.
To connect a clip to the ground socket, a lead
is required.
To connect a clip to the signal socket, the sig-
nal adapter, square pin, is required.
