Application example

The example shows a device redundancy of the primary device by a backup device.
Both devices have two redundant IPTV sources, one connected to the IPTV input and one connected to the CAS interface. In this
case, the connection to the CAS server is implemented via the control interface.
The programmes scrambled in the headend can be descrambled by connected subscribers with suitable CA modules/smart cards.
