Step 1
After you have unpacked the device, please secure the two safety tension levers. To
unlock, you can additionally each loosen each screw A on the levers.
Measure the width of the door frame to be used for the installation and turn the center
pole to extend the telescopic rods to fit. Lengthen or shorten it until it is the desired
width.
Step 2
Position the chin-up bar between the door frame so it is at the desired height. Now
rotate the center rod a little further until both ends sit tightly to the door frame and the
telescopic rod can no longer turn.
When fastening onto the door frame, make sure that the arrows of the locking me-

chanism point upwards and that the pull-up bar is in a perfect horizontal orientation
to the floor.
