7 Unit settings menu
If flush mode is selected, the ventilation unit is op-
erated for the duration of activation using the set
air volume. Flush mode is used to rapidly over-
come excess demands on ventilation.
Pre-requirements for night cooling:
Temperature of supply air > temperature of sup-
ply airMin ,T OSA > 5°C. When night cooling is
selected and the above pre-requirements are
met, the ventilation unit is operated for the dura-
tion of activation using the set air volume with the
bypass open.
7.1.5.3 Configuration of sensor 3 / sensor 4
Conditions for connecting sensor 3 and
sensor 4:
Parameters: Single control unit inactive
Parameters: Sensor 3 / sensor 4 configuration
Setting value: yes / no
Parameters: Sensor 3 / sensor 4 type
Setting value: CO2, VOC, r.h., digital, start/stop,
night cooling, flush mode, motion detector.
The function of the original single control panel
connection on the "RLS" terminal is changed to
two more sensor connections:
• 0-10 V inputs on terminal "S1+" for sensor 3
and terminal "S2-" for sensor 4
• 12 V supply voltage on terminals LD1 - LD3
The supply voltage of sensors 1 and 2 can be
used for 24 V sensors. Yes activates the connec-
ted external sensors named/specified by type.
The name appears on the main control unit.
If the digital sensor type parameter is selected,
the 12 V supply voltage can be looped via a push-
button and returned to the associated 0-10 V in-
put (S1+ or S2-) 6 Main menu settings. When the
pushbutton is pressed, the ventilation unit
switches to intermittent ventilation for the time
stated under Duration of ventilation level. Once
this time has elapsed, the ventilation unit switches
back to the previously selected ventilation level.
7.1.5.4 CO2 limit value min / max, VOC limit value min /
max
Parameters: CO2 limit value min.
Setting value: 500 ... 800 ... 900 ppm.
Parameters: CO2 limit value max.
Setting value: 1000...1230...2000 ppm.
Parameters: VOC limit value min.

With linear sensor control for ventilation (Auto
Sensor operating mode), the volumetric flow var-
ies in a continuously variable manner depending
on the current CO2/VOC concentration. Minimum
limit values apply to reduced ventilation (RV) and
maximum limit values for intensive ventilation
(IV). Linear control is used between the two.

Control voltages 0 V and 10 V are used to define
the characteristic curves of the sensors. The
sensor characteristic curve must be linear.
7.1.6 Fireplace (ZP)
Function with additional circuit board "ZP"
can be activated.
Parameters: Fireplace safety function
Setting value: No / Yes
Activates the fireplace function if the ventilation
unit is operated in conjunction with a fireplace.
After installation, the optional additional circuit
board must be switched to active with yes.
