Setting value: Automatic / Manual: Depending
on unit equipment
Automatic: after the safety chain has been inter-
rupted, unit operation is started automatically.
Factory settings: If smoke detector is fitted ex
factory, setting: Automatic.
Manual: after the safety chain has been interrup-
ted, unit operation should be restored by means
of manual acknowledgement.
7.1.1.10 Factory setting for control

staller level
Resetting customer & installer level
Resetting customer level: Owner and tenant
settings are reset to the factory setting. Installer
settings at installer level are retained.
Reset customer & installer level: Factory set-
ting is restored (complete reset).
7.1.1.11 Modbus (RTU)
Setting only possible with commissioning
software.
Comments: Activation only possible when not
using RLS T2 WS (comfort control unit) or RLS
G1 WS. If using the RLS T1 SYS, system should
be integrated using Modbus TCP/IP or BACnet
TCP/IP.

Supply and exhaust air valves are set during ini-
tial commissioning. Open or close them to set the
values specified by the planning office.
7.1.2.1 Volumetric flow measurement (nominal ventila-
tion)
Parameters: Volumetric flow measurement (nom-
inal ventilation)
Setting value: Activate / Deactivate
After activating the volumetric flow measurement,
the fans are run for a maximum of 3 hours in
nominal ventilation. This allows the supply and
exhaust air volumetric flows in the building to be
calibrated without the air volumes being changed
by sensor values. The function switches off auto-
matically after 3 hours. If deactivate is selected or
the installer level is exited, this function switches
off immediately.

With humidity protection ventilation, the fans run
in intermittent operation. We recommend setting
