Raw Nut Milks

Agave Almond Milk
Ingredients:
• 1 measuring cup of soaked/rinsed almonds
• 0.8 l of water
• 2-5 teaspoons raw agave nectar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 pinch of sea salt (if desired)
Fill the chamber with water. Fill the milk screen
with soaked almonds. Attach the milk screen to
the head unit. The markings on the milk screen
indicate the proper lock and unlock directions.
Be sure the milk screen is properly locked in
place! Follow instructions for making raw nut
milk (p. 31). Pour the almond milk into a con-
tainer and mix raw agave nectar, vanilla, and
sea salt into milk. Chill before serving.
Sunny Sunfl ower Milk
Ingredients:
• 1 measuring cup of soaked/rinsed sun-
fl ower seeds
• 0.8 l of water
• 2-5 teaspoons raw agave nectar
• 1-2 fresh or frozen banana
• dash of nutmeg
• 1 pinch of sea salt (if desired)
Fill the chamber with water. Fill the milk screen
with soaked sunfl ower seeds. Attach the milk
screen to the head unit. The markings on
the milk screen indicate the proper lock and
unlock directions. Be sure the milk screen is
properly locked in place! Follow instructions
for making raw nut milk (p. 31). Pour the sun-
fl ower seed milk into a blender, add raw agave
nectar, banana, nutmeg, and sea salt. Blend
until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Thanksgiving Milk
Ingredients:
• 1 measuring cup of soaked/rinsed pumpkin
seeds
• 1 measuring cup of soaked/rinsed sesame
seeds
• 0.8 l of water
• 2-5 teaspoons raw agave nectar
• 1 pinch of sea salt (if desired)
Fill the chamber with water. Fill the milk screen
with soaked pumpkin seeds and soaked
sesame seeds. Attach the milk screen to the
head unit. The markings on the milk screen
indicate the proper lock and unlock directions.

milk (p. 31). Pour the pumpkin seeds/sesame
seeds milk into a container and mix raw agave
nectar, and sea salt into milk. Chill before ser-
