Hinweis:
Getriebemotor nur als komplette Einheit
austauschen!
Das Trennen von Motor und Getriebe ist
nicht zulässig!

Vier Sechskantschrauben M6x20
(SW10) mit Sicherungsscheiben
6-FST am Flansch lösen.
(Befestigungsmaterial zur
Wiederverwendung aufbewahren)
Getriebemotor von Sechskantwelle
abnehmen.
Verschlussstopfen abnehmen und
aufbewahren!
1a Bei AS 2/C-700 drei
Sechskantschrauben M6x20
(SW10) lösen.
Flansch vom Getriebe abnehmen.
Verschlussstopfen abnehmen und
aufbewahren!

Bei AS 2/C-400 Flansch am
neuen Getriebemotor befestigen.
Getriebemotor auf Sechskantwelle
stecken und mit Flansch an der
Abdeckplatte befestigen.
2a Bei AS 2/C-700 zuerst Flansch an
der Abdeckplatte befestigen, dann
neuen Getriebemotor auf
Sechskantwelle stecken und am
Flansch befestigen.

Getriebe mit entsprechendem
Verschlussstopfen verschließen.
Note:
Exchange the gear motor as a complete
unit only!
Separating the motor from the gear is
not permissible!

Loosen four M6x20 hexagonal
screws (SW10) with 6-FST locking
washers at the fl ange.
(Keep mounting material for future
use)
Remove the gear motor from the hex
shaft.
Remove cover plate and set them
aside.
1a Loosen three M6x20 hexagonal
screws (SW10) on AS 2/C-700.
Remove the fl ange from the gear.
Remove cover plates and set them
aside.

With the AS 2/C-400, fasten the
fl ange to the new gear motor.
Place the gear motor on the hex
shaft and fasten fl ange to the cover
plate.
2a With the AS 2/C-700, fi rst fasten
the fl ange to the cover plate, then
add the new gear motor to the hex
shaft and fasten to the fl ange.

Close the gear with adequate cover
plate.

说明：
减速电机只作为整体单元进行更换！
不允许将电机和减速器分开！
拆下在法兰上的四个外六角螺

栓 M6x20 (SW10) 及其防松垫片
6-FST。(保存好固定材料，以备再
用)
从外六角轴上取下减速电机。
取下塞堵并保存好！
1a 拆下 AS 2/C-700 中三个外六角螺
栓 M6x20 (SW10)。
从减速器上卸下法兰。
取下塞堵并保存好！
在 AS 2/C-400 中，将法兰固定在

新的减速电机上。将减速电机套在
外六角轴上，并用法兰固定在盖板
上。
2a 在 AS 2/C-700 中，先将法兰固定
在盖板上，然后再将新减速电机套
在外六角轴上，并在法兰上固定。
用相应的塞堵封闭减速器。
