4.5.1. Automatic setup- mode, deletion and automatic setting of the end positions

When the movement is interrupted twice during operation, the system is in automatic set-
up-mode. Motor types SE Pro-com will automatically find their stop positions. For this, a
motor must first move against the upper stop and then downwards until it switches off auto-
matically.

Press the E button of the setting switch for
1 second. Both limit positions already set will
be deleted.
Note: Not required for the initial installation or
after resetting to factory defaults.
Move the motor upwards with the UP or
DOWN button.
The motor moves against the upper stop and
stops automatically. The correct direction of
rotation assignment has been made.
Continue to keep the button pressed.
The motor automatically moves downwards
after 1–2 seconds. Alternatively move the
motor downwards using the DOWN button.
Note: The motor can be moved upwards and
downwards. As long as the lower end position
has not been found, the downwards moving
will be interrupted twice.
The motor will reach the lower limit and stops
automatically.
The end positions are now set and the rotation
direction assignment is correct. Perform a test
run.
