• Press and hold the POWER button (12) for
5 seconds to switch on the appliance. Set
the temperature using the data wheel (2).
The set temperature (8) and the current
water temperature (9) are shown on the
display. You can adjust the temperature at
any time by turning the data wheel.
• Once the set temperature has been
reached, an acoustic signal is heard every
three seconds.
• Press and hold the SET button (13) for 2
seconds to switch off the alarm.
• Carefully lay the vacuum-packed food in
the pan using tongs. The water must be
able to circulate around the vacuum bags.
• Press the SET button (13) once. The hour
digit flashes for the set temperature (10)
on the display. Set the hours by turning
the data wheel. Press the SET button
again. The minute number flashes. Set the
minutes by turning the data wheel. Press
the SET button to complete the setting and
start timing.
• Once the set time has elapsed, an acous-
tic signal is heard every three seconds.
• Press the Power button to switch off the
appliance.
• Remove the vacuum bags from the water
using tongs.
• Allow the appliance to cool down.
Note: Whenever the product is being used
incorrectly, or if it gets too hot, the product will
display the error code E05. Simply unplug it
from the power mains and let it cool down for a
while. The product will work normally again.
HOW TO CONNECT TO WIFI
Please make sure your smartphone is running
at least Android 4.4 or IOS 8.0 and has good
contact with a 2.4GHz router. The sous vide
cannot connect to the APP via a 5.0GHz router.

If the food is to be consumed within a few
hours, it can be kept in the water bath for a
short time without ruining the structure. You
can see the standing times in the table later on
in these instructions.
If the food is to be stored in the fridge for later
use, immediately place the bags in ice water to
quickly reduce the temperature of the food.
CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you should pay
attention to the following:
• Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool
before cleaning it and putting it away.
• Pour the water out of the pan. Wipe the
pan with a tea towel.
• Do not immerse the appliance, cord or
plug in water and make sure no water
enters the appliance.
• Wipe the outside of the appliance with a
well-wrung cloth and dry with a dry soft
cloth.
DESCALING
Depending on the hardness of the water and
how often the appliance is used, it may need
descaling once a month or more often. Fit the
appliance on the pan as for ordinary cooking.
• Add 5 gram citric acid powder for each litre
of water in the pan.
• Set the temperature to 70 °C.
