Switching Counter Mode
With Switching Counter Mode, the current mode of the
counter function can be selected.
Value Meaning Description
0x00 (0) Deactivated Deactivated
0x01 (1) Static Static counter function
0x02 (2) Auto Auto counter function

Switching Counter Limit
With Switching Counter Limit, the count limit for the
counter can be set. The value range is between 0x0002 (2)
and 0xFFFF (65535).
Switching Counter Startup Delay
With Switching Counter Startup Delay, the time for the
startup delay can be set. The startup delay begins after the
supply voltage is switched on. During the startup delay,
the counter has no function. The counter starts after the
startup delay has elapsed. The value represents the time in
seconds. The value range is between 0x00 (0) and 0xFF
(255). A value of 0x00 (0) represents no start delay.
Switching Counter State
With Switching Counter State, the current status can be
read.
Value Meaning Description
0x00 (0) Not reached Value is less than Limit.
0x01 (1) reached Value is greater than or equal to
Limit.
0x03 (3) exceeded Value is greater than Limit.
0x08 (8) Startup Startup delay currently running.
Delay
0xFF Deactivated Feature is deactivated.
