3 Lift the HRV 501 onto the
wall bracket
Important!
Verify that the unit is lev-
elled both horizontal and
vertical
4 Connect 230 VAC. The unit will connect to the supplied factory mated re-
mote control.
If 0000 is shown in the display, the remote control is mated with a unit, but
without wireless connection (outside range)
5 Please note: The remote controller switches off after 2 minutes without key
activity (Sleep function)
If mating additional remote controls to one unit, please follow these below steps.:
Step
1 Insert the batteries to the remote, and press any random key, to activate the
remote. Display will now show 8888 in display, indicating it´s a virgin remote
2 Remove and reconnect the 230V AC power to reboot the unit, and start mat-
ing process
3 The antenna´s LED flashes green, subsequently switching to fixed green LED
when mating has been successful. The remote display switches to showing
the clock when mated. This process last maximum 60 seconds.
4 If 0000 is shown in the display, the remote control is mated with a unit, but
without wireless connection (outside range)
A remote controls mating to a specific unit, cannot be reset or deleted.
