Manage multiple USB keys for a single SAXX:
This can be useful when you need to store more than 200 programs or if several welders use the same
SAXX and each welder only wants to see their programs or use a different configuration.
- On the generator, export the screen to the original USB key.
- Copy the following folders and files from the original key to a previously formatted USB key:
On the new USB key, enter the "Recipe" folder, then delete these 5 files:

- Put instead, in this "Recipe" folder, the 4 "Prog" files available in the "WR" folder which is at the
root of the USB key (on versions V2.48 and above only. If you have a previous version, the files
are not present in the WR folder, then contact AXXAIR with your version number so that we send
you the files).
- Put the new USB key on the SAXX and start an import from the USB key to the screen.
- Afterwards, in use, before changing the key, remember to export the screen to the USB key, then
change the USB key and then do an import.
Join experience
Also delete the "00001_HMI config" file if
you want to have different configurations
between the 2 USB keys.
