INNOVATIVE ORBITAL SOLUTIONS
Some machines can be directly used as AXXAIR
machines but somes machines require a calibration.
At the first use of competitor machine, go to menu
"Welding" and "MANU". If there is not a button « Start
calibration », the machine can be used directly. If
there is a button "start calibration" check that the
machine can rotate freely and press « start". When
the button "stop" disseapears, the calibration is
completed and the head can be used normally.
Calibration is saved and it is not necessary to do it at
each use. However, it can be necessary to do it again,
for example when using machine with adjustable
resistance, if the setting of the resistance has been
modified or if another machine of same reference but
with different setting of resistance is used. Also in
case of software updating, it can be necessary to do it again.

Start/stop manually the cooling unit.
Indicator shows if flow is detected or not.
Join experience
Start and stop manually the gas so as to check if bottle
is open and connector well connected. If a flow is
detected, green indicator is illuminated.
The torch gas stops automatically after 90s (unless a
cycle has been started meanwhile), which is not the
case of the internal gas. A liter counter allows you to
know how much internal gas has been sent since the
activation of the line. This counter is reset as soon as
the line is deactivated. If the internal gas has been
activated manually before a welding cycle, it will be
stopped at the end of the cycle if the program manages
the gas flow, otherwise not. In all cases, the gas flow
alarms are active if the gas is sent.
