INNOVATIVE ORBITAL SOLUTIONS
- 2 independent gas line. Each line is composed of:

1 inlet fitting

- AVC-OSC : control of AVC axis (Arc voltage control) and OSC axis (oscillation)

Single connector 26 contacts bayonet (quarter turn)

AVC pilots arc length in function of the arc voltage. Thus, the arc length is kept constant during
the cycle even if the tube is deformed.
o
OSC moves the electrode in the tube axis.
- Auxiliary connector:
o
Possibility to start welding via an oxygen meter (dry contact).
o
Manual torch: command trigger connection (start and stop functions only).
- Cooling system
o Max. pressure : 5 bars
o Cooling power according to norm CEI60974-2: 1,4 kW.
o Liquid fittings : Female shut-off fitting of serie 21
o Coolant : Do not use water but only AXXAIR coolant
o Tank capacity : 3 liters maximum
o Maximum flow : 2,2 liters/minute
o Flow security : < 0,5 l/min
- Wifi: remote control of the touch screen with a smartphone or a tablet via app « Proface remote HMI ».
o Range: 20 to 30m but obstacles can highly reduce this value. Presence of other wifi network
can also highly reduce this value or even make it impossible to use.

Displayed flow is adapted in function of selected gas in order to have a precise value
in all cases.
Measure accuracy :

N2 and Ar : +/- 1,5 l/min

He and mixed gas: +/-2l/min up to 20l/min and +/-10% above.
