As described on this screen, this operation
necessitate trained worker and appropriate
equipments. Do not use this function if these
conditions are not fullfil.
This function allows to establish a calibration
certificate of current source according to
norm EN50504.
There are 10 measuring points to realize.
You can read the resistance value to use in
order to have the correct voltage. You have
to take notes of your measured values.
Power source saves its measured values.
When the 10 points are done, a printing
button appears. Press it and power source
prints all measured values so as you have all
the data to fullfil the certificate of calibration.
This screen allows to follow the use of the
SAXX: number of welds, time in cycle,
quantity of gas per line and wire used. For
each parameter, there is a temporary
counter that you can reset and a total
counter that
This screen also allows you to view these
important dates:
- The last change of coolant (to be done
annually)
- The last calibration check (to be done
annually by an authorized organization)
- The last AXXAIR maintenance
