Regenerative power supply module EMB9343
Mounting of EMB9343−E and mains filter with fixing bracket
Installation steps
When mounting the regenerative power supply module EMB9343−E with built−on mains
filter, proceed as follows:
1. The fixing brackets and screws are included in the accessory kit in the cardboard of
the regenerative power supply module and the built−on mains filter.
2. Mount six fixing brackets to the housing of the regenerative power supply module
and to the mains filter.
– Use raised countersunk head screws DIN966 M5 x 10.
3. Place the regenerative power supply module and the mains filter on the vertical
mounting plate of the control cabinet.
– Allow a free space of 100 mm at the top and at the bottom.
4. Mount the connecting cables of the mains filter to the stud bolts at the power
supply module:
– It is essential to observe the notes in chapter Electrical installation"!
5. Screw the regenerative power supply module and the mains filter together.
6. Drill holes into the mounting plate for screwing the regenerative power supply
module and the mains filter:
– The condition of the wall and the mounting material must provide for the
mechanical connection to be long−lasting.
7. Screw the regenerative power supply module and the mounting plate of the control
cabinet together.
– Provide for long−lasting mechanical connections.
