4.1 Trouble shooting guide
Please observe: If your reverse osmosis is not performing as it should, please run through the alarm messages below and
the check list (Part 4.2). In the event of a fault, repair work may only be carried out by an expert (SERVICE technician).
Alarm / malfunction list:
WATER LEAKAGE
Disconnect power supply
Close water feed

4.2 General check list for fault elimination
Check list:
Problem: No water at the inlet connection?
Problem: Permeate output too low?
Problem: Is the line pressure within the
specification of the device?
Problem: Only in case of softwater inlet:
The feed water still remains hard.
Problem: Device flushes at the wrong
time.
Note: If the problem persists, please call your local dealer or after sales service team.

FAULT 7 ... only in operation

Possible reasons:
Shut-off valve of supply tap is closed,
Interruption of water supply
hard water
Acknowledgement:
Call SERVICE team
Separate the unit from the power-supply
and the water network
Call SERVICE team
feed water
Please check the pre-treatment of the
feed water.
Rectification:
Open the main valve or water supply.
Check that the water supply pressure is
between 2.0 to 6.0 bar.
Check the water softener and fill the brine
cabinet of the water softener with salt.
Reset the present time.
