Step 6
1. First, assemble the pulley block by screwing two rollers between two flat connectors. Fix the compo-
nents with two screws (3), four washers and two nuts.
2. Feed cable A through points a-e for the top lat pulldown. Mount the end of the cable on the lift rod
and use a screw (2), two washers, and a nut.
3. Feed cable B through points f-h for the lower lat pulldown. Connect the cable to the eyelet of the lat
pulldown frame using a chain and snap hook.
