Assembly - SPORTSTECH Power Rack FPR300 Bedienungsanleitung

All components and pre-assembled parts are not fully tightened yet
and they have to remain a bit loose for assembly purposes.
Step 1
1. First, align the vertical frame rails so that the two frame rails (A) with the 9 drill holes on the side
point upwards and are in front of the rails (B). The 7 holes in the frame rail (B) must also be aligned
upwards and to the side.
2. Slide the four carriage hooks over the frame rails from below. Make sure that the hooks all point to
the front and make an initial attachment with the safety bolts.
3. Below the hooks, slide the cross brace sled from below over the frame rails. Make sure that the side
holes of the cross braces point outwards and make an initial attachment with the safety bolts.
4. Insert the dip rods in the desired position into the side openings of the cross braces and fix them
with two screws (10) and two washers. Finally, put the plastic caps over the screws to protect them.
