Measuring of your heart rate by the handlepulsesensors
Put your hands on the handlepulsesensors.
After 5 seconds your initialpulse will be displayed.
Nach ca. 30 Sekunden wird Ihr tatsächlicher Puls dargestellt.
Please note
1. Do not grab the sensors to hard.
2. If your running, the pressure on the sensors are different. It's recommended to stand on the
side rail for measuring your heart rate.
3. Moisten your hands a little bit.
The heart rate measuring is only eligible for sports and not for medical purposes.
Measuring via chestbelt
Put your chestbelt on and check if the chestbelt is fitting properly.
Please note, that the chestbelt has to been placed directly to your skin in order to scan your heart rate.
