Folding the treadmill

1. Turn off the treadmill and remove the power kable.
2. Lift up the treadmill until it locks in the final position.

Unfold the treadmill

Hold the treadmill on the rear side and press your feet against the securing rod.
The stabilizer will slowly let down the treadmill.
