CAUTION
Risk of injury and damage
Always secure the tipping mechanism.
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface.
2. Switch off the ignition and remove the ignition key.
3. Apply the parking brake.
4. Switch off the main switch.
Cleaning the vehicle
Clean the vehicle daily after finishing work.
CAUTION
Risk of damage through incorrect cleaning
The articulated joint, tyres, radiator fins, hydraulic hoses and
valves, seals, electrical and electronic components must not be
cleaned using a high-pressure cleaner.
Observe the respective safety regulations when cleaning the ve-
hicle with a high-pressure cleaner.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
Wash the vehicle only when the engine is switched off to protect
the air filter.
1. To avoid a risk of fire, check the vehicle for escaping oil and
fuel. Have leaks repaired by Customer Service.
2. Clean all plant residues and oil from the engine, muffler, bat-
tery and fuel tank to avoid a risk of fire.
3. If necessary, clean the engine with a brush, compressed air or
with low water pressure if necessary.
4. Clean the wheel mudguards.
Cleaning the radiator
1. Remove the radiator protective grille, see chapter Removing/
installing the radiator protective grille.
2. Manually remove coarse dirt deposits from the engine radiator,
air-conditioner radiator and fuel cooler.
3. Clean the engine radiator, air-conditioner radiator and fuel
cooler with a soft brush, compressed air (max. 5 bar) or with
low water pressure.
Clean the waste container and cover
Waste container is emptied.

1. Raise the waste container.
2. Remove the locking pins from the diffusor grille.
3. Clean the waste container and the cover with a water jet.
4. Clean the area behind the waste water sieve with a water jet.
Cleaning the blower
The waste container must be raised.

1. Secure the waste container.
2. Pivot out the side cover.
3. Remove dirt from the fan grille and clean with a moist cloth.
Cleaning the vacuum system
Waste container emptied.

ATTENTION
Damage due to soiled vacuum system
A soiled vacuum system can lead to the blower fan running out-
of-round and to vehicle vibrations.
Check the vacuum system for soiling and clean if necessary.
1. Switch on the PTO.
2. Set the motor speed to approx. 2200 rpm
3. Switch on the blower fan.
4. Using a water hose, spray fresh water into the suction mouth
area.
The water is collected in the waste container. The cleaning
process is completed when clean water exits at the diffuser.
5. Empty waste container.
6. Keep running the blower to dry the waste container.
Contact Customer Service if, in spite of thorough cleaning, vi-
brations are still present (caused by the suction blower running
out-of-round).
1. Raise the waste container with attachment frame, see chapter.

2. Unscrew the filter casing.
3. Clean the water filter.
4. Insert the filter.
5. Check for correct seating.
6. Screw the filter casing tight.
Note
The spray nozzles are located on the side brushes and suction
mouth.
1. Remove the spray nozzles.
2. Clean the spray nozzles with a brush/compressed air.
3. Install the spray nozzles.
