Sending and Receiving Text Messages
If the telephone is connected to a
private branch exchange you have
to enter the dialling prefix before the
dialling code.
Press the MENU key.
The new SMS centre number is now
stored.

Writing text messages

Entering text

A text message can contain up to 612
characters including spaces.
Press the MENU key.
Select the "SMS" menu.
Press the MENU key.
Enter the text as follows using the number
keys:

Press the button to change from
upper to lower case letters.
To enter a character press the relevant
number key as many times as
necessary for the required character to
appear in the display.
