Using the call number memory
You can store up to 50 frequently used
telephone numbers in the call number
memory.
The storage of telephone numbers
is covered in the section headed
Using the call number memory from
page 23 onwards.
To select a telephone number from the
memory, follow these steps:
Press the NAVIGATION button.
The first entry in the call number memory
appears in the display.
Press the NAVIGATION button until the
" " symbol reaches the relevant
number.
You can also use the numeric
keypad to enter the first character of
the number you are looking for.
You can add to the call number selected.
You can, for example, use an "economy
dialling code". Proceed as follows:
Press the MENU key.
Choose the "Select" menu.
Press the MENU key.
Make the necessary changes to the
telephone number.
To dial the number press the PICK UP
key or
press the LOUDSPEAKER button.
The telephone is then connected to the
number dialled.
Using the call list
The last 20 unanswered incoming call
numbers are stored on the call list.
You can only use this function if you
have requested the caller identity
function (CLIP) from your network
provider.
The calls are displayed as follows:
• "Call list" appears in the display if there
are new calls in the list
• If any callers withheld their numbers
they are shown as "Anonymous".
• If the call number is not available for
any other reason then the word "Call" is
displayed.
Selecting numbers from the call list
Press the NAVIGATION button when
"Call list" appears in the display.
To select a telephone number from the
call list, follow these steps:
Press the MENU key.
Press the NAVIGATION button until the
" " symbol reaches the "Call list".
Press the MENU key.
The number of the last incoming call
appears in the display. The date and time
of this call are also shown.
If a caller has tried to ring you
several times the list shows the
details of the most recent call only.
