Telephone Calls
Using the mute facility for
handsets
If you want to disable the microphone
during a call please proceed as follows:
Press the CANCEL button during the
call.
The "Mute" symbol will appear in the
display. Now the person on the other end
of the line will not be able to hear what
you are saying.
To reactivate the microphone press the
CANCEL button again.
Continue the call.

Using the redial facility

Dialling the number using the redial
facility
The last 20 numbers dialled can be
redialled using the redial facility.
Press the PICK UP button.
The last number dialled is displayed.
In order to select a different telephone
number, press the NAVIGATION key
until the " " symbol reaches the
required entry.
Press the PICK UP button.
The telephone is then connected to the
number dialled.

Deleting numbers from the redial list

Press the PICK UP button.
The last number dialled is displayed.
In order to select a different telephone
number, press the NAVIGATION key
until the " " symbol reaches the
required entry.
Press the MENU key.
Select the "Delete" menu.
Press the MENU key.
"Delete?" appears on the display.
To delete the number press the MENU
key.
"Deleted" appears on the display.
If you do not want to delete the number
press the CANCEL button.

Deleting the redial list

In order to delete all the numbers in the
redial list at the same time please proceed
as follows:
Press the PICK UP button.
Press the MENU key.
Select the "Delete all" menu.
Press the MENU key.
"Delete?" appears on the display.
To delete all the numbers press the
MENU key.
"Deleted" appears on the display.
If you do not want to delete the
numbers press the CANCEL button.
