Answer mode (delay) in the factory
setting
In the factory setting, the answer mode for the
answering machine is set as follows:
• for the first call, the answering machine
switches on after four rings;
• for all following calls, the answering machine
switches on after the first ring.
This is the "economy mode" for remote enquiry.

Notifications when listening to mes-
sages
If new messages have been received, the
symbol flashes on the handset and the number
of new, unread messages flashes on the base sta-
tion.
