SWINGARM
4. Install:
9 Connecting rod 1
9 Bolt (connecting rod) 2
9 Plain washer 3
9 Nut (connecting rod) 4
To relay arm 5.
NOTE:
Apply the molybdenum disulfide grease on the
bolt.
5. Install:
9 Relay arm 1
9 Bolt (relay arm) 2
9 Plain washer 3
9 Nut (relay arm) 4
To swingarm.
NOTE:
9 Apply the molybdenum disulfide grease on the
bolt circumference and threaded portion.
9 Do not tighten the nut yet.
6. Install:
9 Swingarm 1
9 Pivot shaft 2
NOTE:
9 Apply the molybdenum disulfide grease on the
pivot shaft.
9 Insert the pivot shaft from right side.
7. Check:
9 Swingarm side play
Free play exists ¡ Replace thrust bearing.
9 Swingarm up and down movement b
Unsmooth
spots¡Grease or replace bearings, bushes
and collars.
