WARNING cooling the baking plates:
After the "OFF" key has been pressed, you must wait for about 30-40 minutes before the plates
return to room temperature.
SWITCHING OFF THE MACHINE
After pressing the "OFF" key (end of baking) you can switch off the voltage supply to the machine by
turning the master switch knob, at the back of the machine, to the "O" position; since there is no more
voltage, the light on the display goes out.
Pull the plug, with the relative lead, out of the socket.
To make it easier to memorise baking temperature and time and the type of plate, with reference to
the type of product being baked, a table is supplied with the machine where the user can record
comparison parameters.
MAINTENANCE / CLEANING
We recommend:
- cleaning the plates by washing with hot water and non-corrosive products commonly accepted in HACCP
(amuchina, etc).
Be careful not to scratch the surface since it is covered in P .T.F.E.;
- empty the crumbs drawer, at the back of the machine, periodically.

ACCESSORIES
Interchangeable pairs of male and female plates can be supplied on request.
The plates are covered in a special P .T.F.E. material that is specific for products that come into
contact with foodstuffs. Different types of plates are available to satisfy the various production
tastes; they contain moulds in a variety of shapes, measurements and designs as described at
pages 3, 4, 5 and 6.
