The machine is composed of:
- a base (01) on which the control keyboard (02) is mounted and, at the back, the master switch;
- a surface (03) on which the resistance is mounted, attached to the 4 columns on the machine base,
onto which the lower female baking plate (04) is mounted;
- a cover (05) holding the resistance and with a heat-proof grip on the handle (06); the upper male
baking plate (07) is mounted on the cover;
- a handle (08) with heat-proof grip and with its levers hinged onto the cover handle, to be used for
closing the plates during the baking phase;
- pair of baking plates: lower (female) and upper (male) plates supplied on request (see Accessories
paragraph);
- eight 4+4 wing nuts (09) for fixing the plates, supplied with the machine;
- 2 screws and 2 spacers (10), supplied together with the machine, to be screwed onto the lower
plate (04) for hooking the plate-closure handle levers (08).
MOUNTING THE BAKING PLATES ONTO THE MACHINE
Thanks to the system of regulation of the support of the upper plate, it is possible to mount on the
machine baking plates to create tartlets high 25 mm or from 25 mm up to 45 mm.
- When mounting plates to make tartlets up to 25 mm (No. 12), the support should be completely
lowered and the levers (No. 13) blocked.
- When mounting plates to make tartlets from 25mm up to 45 mm the support (No. 12) must be slide
to the maximum height and the two levers (No. 13) locked.
Important!
The process of adjustment of the support (No. 12) must always be done with 2 levers (No. 13)
unlocked and without the top plate mounted.
- Lift up the cover using the handle (06);
- insert the lower female plate (04) into the housing on the surface (03) fixed onto the 4 columns, taking
care to position the raiser, for removing the baking residues, towards the back of the machine;
- take the upper male plate (07) and position it on the lower plate (04), referring to the 4 protruding pins;
