General functions

Do not switch on the radio for long periods of time when the motor
is switched off. This could cause the car battery to discharge and the
vehicle can no longer be started.

Time

Your car radio is equipped with an RDS controlled clock. This is set
automatically by the RDS station and keeps running even when the radio is
switched off.
You can also use the menu to manually set the clock (see below).

Switching on/off

You can switch on the radio with any button except
The radio will also be turned on when a disc or a card is inserted or an USB
stick is connected.
Press and hold the button

Volume

Press the buttons VOL
volume.
Press MUTE to turn off the sound and turn it on again.
Always set the volume so that you can still clearly hear the sirens from
emergency vehicles!

Operation mode

Press the MODE button repeatedly to switch between radio reception, CD/
DVD operation, USB operation, memory card operation and AV IN
operation.
