Inverter System Errors (Status Codes)

Inverter status codes cannot be queried. If an error occurs with an inverter, the inverter will
codes
only transmit the error (status code) once. Status codes are issued for all inverter types
and provide information about an inverter system error.

The frame is sent using the baud rate last determined or set. If no baud rate has been set,
the frame is sent using the "default" baud rate setting.
NOTE! The automatic display of status codes must be activated once for each in-
terface unit.
The activation of the automatic display of status codes is described in chapter
"Automatic Display of Status Codes".
NOTE! Each inverter sends its status codes only once as default. After activating
the automatic display of status codes (command 0x07 or 0x0D), status codes are
forwarded to a third party device without querying, if:
in Fronius CL, Fronius IG Plus, Fronius IG, Fronius IG 300 / 390 / 400 / 500:
-
an error is displayed continuously on the inverter for 255 minutes, or
-
an error occurs 50 times in succession
in Fronius IG-TL, Fronius Agilo:
-
an error is displayed continuously on the inverter for 60 minutes, or
-
an error occurs 50 times in succession
The values stated above cannot be adjusted in Fronius IG and Fronius IG 300 /
390 / 400 / 500.
The values stated above can be adjusted in Fronius IG Plus, Fronius CL, Fronius
IG-TL, Fronius Agilo. For more detailed information, please contact Fronius Tech-

NOTE! If the module number describes a number from 1-15, the number 1 should
be subtracted from the given value. The resulting number corresponds to the
module number of the "HID" bus address of a power module.
