To Check for Proper Mounting;
1)
If more than one vaporizer is fitted visually check to
make, Sure the tops of vaporizers are level and at the
same height. If a vaporizer is visibly out of hne,
remove it from the manifold and try to mount it
again.
2)
When the vaporizers appear to be level, are at the
same height and have their locking levers in the
locked position, attempt to Uft each vaporizer from
the manifold. If a vaporizer can be lifted off the
manifold, it is not properly mounted. Try to mount
the vaporizer again.
3)
Check the machine for leaks with the vaporizer
turned to 'O' (or lowest graduation) and at 'off.
Vaporizer Removal
To Remove a Vaporizer:
1)
Turn 'off the vaporizer.
2)
Tum the locking lever to the "unlock" position to free
the vaporizer from the manifold.
3)
Ccirefully lift the vaporizer straight up and off the
manifold.
Base Ring
If a greater clearance is required below the vaporizer, the
base ring can be removed. However, if the ring is removed,
vaporizers fitted with Keyed Fillers will not stand upright
on a shelf or bench and sm appropriate means of mounting
them upright should be provided such as separate base
rings or a Selectatec Storage Rack.
The base ring is held in place by three grubscrews located
inside the ring.
