Montaggio componenti kit
Importante
Verificare, prima del montaggio, che tutti i componenti risultino puliti e in
perfetto stato. Adottare tutte le precauzioni necessarie per evitare di dan-
neggiare qualsiasi parte nella quale ci si trova ad operare.
Attivazione/Disattivazione
Note
Per la procedura di attivazione del kit, vengono utilizzate le schermate della
DDS 2.0 in lingua inglese.
Attenzione
Prima di effettuare la procedura di Attivazione/Disattivazione verificare che
il software Hands Free risulti essere aggiornato alla versione 12.
In caso di software Hands Free non aggiornato, collegare lo strumento di
diagnosi al connettore acquisizione dati, selezionare il modello corretto di
motoveicolo ed entrare nella sezione "SERVICE UPDATE Riprogram-
mazione Hands Free Mappature", aggiornare il software Hands Free
alla versione 12, come indicato in figura (X1):
•
Software: "DUCATIFREE_MY2014_868MHz_v12r12".
•
Password: TPMS.
Uscire dalla sezione "SERVICE UPDATE", spegnere il quadro della moto,
attendere 5 secondi e accendere il quadro della moto. Dalla sezione "AU-
TODIAGNOSI Cruscotto INFO ECU" verificare il che la versione sof-
tware si sia aggiornata correttamente, come indicato in figura (X2):
•
Versione cruscotto TFT revisioni software 51; qualora non lo fosse,
effettuare un Global Scan: il DDS2.0 dovrebbe proporlo in automatico.
•
Versione cruscotto LCD revisione software 34; qualora non lo fosse,
effettuare un Global Scan: il DDS2.0 dovrebbe proporlo in automatico.

Kit installation
Caution
Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition before in-
stallation. Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid damages to any part
of the motorcycle you are working on.
Enabling/Disabling
Notes
DDS 2.0 screens in English are used for the kit activation procedure.
Warning
Before carrying out the Activation/Deactivation procedure, check that the
Hands Free software is updated to version 12.
If the Hands Free software is not updated, connect the diagnosis instru-
ment to the data acquisition connector, select the correct motorcycle
model and access the "SERVICE UPDATE Reprogram Hands Free
Mapping" section, update the Hands Free software to version 12, as indi-
cated in the figure (X1):
•
Software: "DUCATIFREE_MY2014_868MHz_v12r12".
•
Password: TPMS.
Exit the "SERVICE UPDATE" section, turn off the motorcycle panel, wait
for 5 seconds and turn on the motorcycle panel. From the "SELF-DIAG-
NOSIS Instrument panel INFO ECU" section, check that the software
version is correctly updated, as indicated in the figure (X2):
•
TFT instrument panel version software 51 revisions; if it is not, run a
Global Scan: DDS2.0 should automatically suggest it.
•
LCD instrument panel version software 34 revision; if it is not, run a
Global Scan: DDS2.0 should automatically suggest it.
