Aperte o casquilho especial (4) na válvula (1) a uma velocidade de
aperto de no máximo 2 voltas por segundo.
Atenção
Aperte o casquilho especial (4) na válvula (1) pelo menos 5 voltas.
Mantendo a válvula (1) em posição na jante da roda (D), aperte o
casquilho especial (4). Utilizando uma ferramenta de controlo do
binário, aperte o casquilho especial (4) com o binário indicado.
Atenção
Após o aperto, verifique se a válvula (1) está perpendicular à super-
fície de apoio da jante da roda (D).
Atenção
Após o aperto, o sensor de pressão (3) deve poder girar ligeiramen-
te. Verifique se não há nenhum tipo de interferência entre o sensor
de pressão (3) e o canal interno da jante da roda (D) e se o sensor
de pressão (3) está na quota indicada na figura.
Notas
A distância ideal entre o sensor de pressão (3) e a superfície da
jante é de 1 mm.

Warning
Screw special bushing (4) on valve (1) at a maximum screwing speed
of 2 turns per second.

Screw special bushing (4) on valve (1) by at least 5 turns.
Screw special bushing (4), while holding valve (1) in position on
wheel rim (D). Using a torque control tool, tighten special bushing
(4) to the specified torque.
Warning
After tightening, check that valve (1) is perpendicular to the wheel
rim (D) bearing surface.
Warning
After tightening, pressure sensor (3) must be capable of rotating
slightly. Check that there is no interference between pressure sen-
sor (3) and wheel rim (D) internal channel, and that pressure sensor
(3) is at the height indicated in the figure.
Notes
The optimal distance between pressure sensor (3) and rim surface
is 1 mm.
