Sostituzione pneumatico
In caso di sostituzione del pneumatico (E), orientare la ruota in
modo che la valvola (1) risulti nella posizione mostrata in figura, o
con un'angolo di minimo 50° rispetto alla morsa (G) del macchina-
rio. Applicare la morsa (G) sul pneumatico (E) alla quota riportata
in figura.
Attenzione
Durante la fase di stallonatura, verificare che il tallone non colpisca
il sensore pressione.
Posizionare il cerchio ruota (D) sul macchinario, e ruotarlo in modo
che il sensore pressione (3) risulti essere ad un angolo di 50° ri-
spetto al braccio tallonatore (F), come mostrato in figura (J1). Pro-
cedere con la rimozione del tallone superiore dal cerchio ruota (D)
seguendo la direzione di rotazione.

Changing the tyre
When changing the tyre (E), aim the wheel so that valve (1) is in the
position shown in the figure with respect to machine vice (H). Ap-
ply vice (H) on the tyre (E) to the height shown in the figure.
During bead breaking, check that the bead does not hit the pres-
sure sensor.
Place wheel rim (D) on the machine and rotate it so that pressure
sensor (3) is at an angle of 50° with respect to bead breaker arm
(F), as shown in the figure (J1). Remove upper bead from wheel rim
(D), following the direction of rotation.
