Montaggio pneumatico
Applicare lubrificante specifico sul tallone inferiore (E1) e superiore
(E2) del pneumatico (E). Posizionare il cerchio ruota (D) sul mac-
chinario, e ruotarlo in modo che il sensore pressione (3) risulti es-
sere dal lato opposto rispetto al braccio tallonatore (F). Installare
la parte inferiore del tallone (E1) sul cerchio ruota (D) nella corret-
ta posizione, prestando attenzione a non danneggiare il sensore
pressione (3) e seguendo la direzione di rotazione, come mostrato
in figura (Y1).
Attenzione
Verificare che durante il montaggio del pneumatico (E), il tallone
inferiore (E1) non venga a contatto con il sensore pressione (3).
Attenzione
Verificare che prima di installare il tallone superiore (E2), il tallo-
ne inferiore (E1) si trovi nella corretta posizione,rispetto al sensore
pressione (3).
Ruotare il cerchio (D), portando il sensore pressione (3) ad un an-
golo di 50° rispetto al braccio tallonatore (F), come mostrato in
figura (Y2). Installare il tallone superiore (E2) sul cerchio ruota (D),
avendo cura di portare il tallone inferiore (E1) a battuta sul cerchio
ruota (D) e seguendo la direzione di rotazione.
Attenzione
Prestare attenzione a non urtare la valvola con un ostacolo quando
il gruppo pneumatico cade verso il basso.

Mounting the tyre
Smear specific lubricant on the lower (E1) and upper (E2) beads of
the tyre (E). Place wheel rim (D) on the machine and rotate it so
that pressure sensor (3) is on the opposite side of the bead breaker
arm (F). Correctly install the lower part of bead (E1) on the wheel
rim (D), following the rotation direction and paying attention not
to damage the pressure sensor (3), as shown in the figure (Y1).
Warning
Check that during tyre (E) mounting, lower bead (E1) does not
come into contact with pressure sensor (3).
Warning
Before installing the upper bead (E2) check that lower bead (E1) is
in the correct position with respect to pressure sensor (3).
Rotate rim (D), bringing pressure sensor (3) to an angle of 50° with
respect to bead breaker arm (F), as shown in the figure (Y2). Install
upper bead (E2) on wheel rim (D) paying attention to bring lower
bead (E1) fully home against wheel rim (D), following the direction
of rotation.
Warning
Pay attention not to hit the valve with any obstacle when the tyre
unit falls down.
