Commissioning

Observe EN 12056-4 for the commissioning.
6.1 Checking the system
Check the following points before commissioning:
Correct installation of the pump(s)
Fixing of all removable components
Leak-tightness of the system
Mains voltage (max. deviation ± 10 %)
Correct fit of the elements for level detection
System is clean and free of building debris
6.2 Commissioning the system (Mono with float switch)
The system is made ready for operation by connection to
the mains power supply.
For systems without control unit, plug the mains plug into
the mains outlet.
System is ready for operation.

Initialising the control unit

control unit)
Supply control unit with mains power.
The initialisation starts and the 4 LEDs illuminate consec-
utively, a signal tone sounds and the wastewater pump is
switched on for a few seconds.
After successful initialisation, the control unit is ready for
operation and the green LED (1) illuminates.
Switch the system off (pull out mains plug).
Open the cover plate on the system.
Fill the system tank fully with water.
The level must reach the opening of the cover plate.
Reinstate the control unit power supply (plug in the mains
plug).
The control unit will initialise.
