Follow the additional ACS 810 menu prompting.
1. Connect the HP and LP service hoses to the vehicle
air conditioning system.
2. Open the valves on both service hoses.
3. Open the HP and LP valves on the display and
control panel.
4. Call up the start screen.
5. Press <Fill>.
 CHARGING OIL?
1 - YES
2 - NO
6. Select <1> or <2> and confirm with E.
 SET REFRIGERANT CHARGE
7. Enter refrigerant quantity (R134a) with <0 – 9> and
confirm with E.
CHARGING OIL?
8. If was answered with "
the <MENU> key to open the solenoid valve for oil
filling and to start the filling process.

Monitor the oil level in the fresh oil bottle
during the filling process and do not leave
ACS 810unattended.
9. As soon as the required quantity of fresh oil has
been filled, stop the filling process by pressing the
<MENU> key again (solenoid valve closes).
10. Start the refrigerant filling process by pressing E.
 ACS 810 will fill the vehicle air conditioning
system with R134a refrigerant.

After the filling process is concluded, the quantity
of refrigerant filled is shown in the display.

The quantity of filled refrigerant displayed can be
deleted if required by pressing <MENU>. The filled
refrigerant quantity can then be entered manually
using the numerical keys.

and stops automatically after the internal circuit
