Folgende Funktionen sind im Schreib-/Lesekopf (ID15/SLK)
implementiert.
1. Beschreibe ID15/MDT (0001 hex)
Wird dieser Befehl in das erste Wort eingetragen, wird
der im zweiten Wort eingetragene Wert auf das ID15/MDT
geschrieben.
2. Beschreibe ID15/MDT und setze Lockbit (0002)
Wird dieser Befehl in das erste Wort eingetragen, wird
der im zweiten Wort eingetragene Wert auf das ID15/
MDT geschrieben. Es wird beim Schreiben jedoch noch
ein weiteres Bit übertragen, dass den ID15/MDT quasi
„abschließt". Er kann danach nicht mehr neu beschrieben
werden. Auf diese Weise kann ein ID15/MDT erstellt
werden, der nur noch gelesen werden kann.

These two words are entered in the useful data section of the
write parameter string.
The following functions have been implemented in the read/
write head (ID15/SLK).
1. Write ID15/MDT (0001 hex)
If this command is entered as the fi rst word, the value
entered in the second word will be written to the ID15/MDT.
2. Write ID15/MDT and set lock bit (0002)
If this command is entered in the fi rst word, the value
entered in the second word will be written to the ID15/MDT.
However, an additional bit will be transmitted during writing,
which more or less "closes" the ID15/MDT. It then can no
longer be written again. In this manner, an ID15/MDT can be
created that can only be read.
