1 Einführung

1.1 Allgemeines

Das berührungslos arbeitende Identifi kationssystem ID15
besteht aus einem Schreib-/Lesekopf (ID15/SLK) und den
dazu gehörenden mobilen Datenträgern (ID15/MDT) mit einer
Speichertiefe von 15 bit, die anlagenspezifi sch beschrieben
(max 100.000 Schreibzyklen) und gelesen werden können.
Der kompakten Schreib-/Lesekopf (ID15/SLK) beinhaltet den
Sende- und Empfangsteil mit integrierter Antenne und die
Schnittstelle zum AS-I Master.
Dank der vollständig geschlossenen Oberfl ächen und der
zuverlässigen berührungslosen Abfrage eignet sich das
System auch für raue und schmutzlastige Einsatzbereiche.
Vorzugsweise für Anlagen mit spurgeführten Werkstückträgern,
wo einfache Daten (WT-Nummern) gelesen und damit geringe
Datenmengen über den AS-I Master transportiert werden.

1.2 Mobiler Datenträger (ID15/MDT)
Die mobilen Datenträger sind die Informationsträger
des Systems. Sie bestehen aus einem robustem,
montagefreundlichen Kunststoffgehäuse mit integriertem
Transponder. Der Transponder besteht aus einem Mikrochip mit
wiederbeschreibbarem Speicher und der Antennenspule.

1 Introduction
1.1 General
The non-contact ID15 identifi cation system is comprised of a
read/write head (ID15/SLK) and the appropriate mobile data
tags (ID15/MDT), with a storage capacity of 15 bits which
can be written and read according to system installation (max.
100,000 writing cycles). The compact read/write head (ID15/
SLK) contains the sender and receiver components with an
integrated antenna and the interface to the AS-i master.
Thanks to fully sealed surfaces and a reliable non-contact
query, the system is ideally suited for rough or dirty areas of
application. It is particularly suitable for systems with track-
guided workpiece pallets where simple data (WT numbers) are
read, and thus small quantities of data are transmitted via the
AS-i master.

1.2 Mobile data tag (ID15/MDT)
The mobile data tags are the information carriers in the system.
They are made of a sturdy, easy-to-assembly plastic housing
with an integrated transponder. The transponder is comprised
of a microchip with a rewritable memory and the antenna coil.
