2.1 Organisatorische Massnahmen

Die Betriebsanleitung ist ständig am
Einsatzort der Maschine griffbereit
aufzubewahren. z.B. Im Fahrzeug
lagern.
Ergänzend zur Betriebsanleitung sind
allgemein gültige gesetzliche, gege-
benenfalls örtliche, und sonstige ver-
bindliche Regelungen zur Unfallverhü-
tung zu beachten und anzuweisen!
Derartige Pflichten können auch z.B.
den Umgang mit Gefahrenstoffen oder
das Bereitstellen und Tragen persönli-
cher Schutzausrüstungen und die Be-
achtung Strassenverkehrs-rechtlicher
Regelungen betreffen.
Die Betriebsanleitung muss um An-
weisungen, einschließlich Aufsichts-
und Meldepflichten zur Berücksichti-
gung betrieblicher Besonderheiten,
z.B. hinsichtlich Arbeitsorganisation,
Arbeitsabläufen, eingesetztem Perso-
nal, ergänzt werden. Diese Ergän-
zung ist durch den Betreiber vorzu-
nehmen.
Das mit den Tätigkeiten an der Ma-
schine beauftragte Personal muss vor
Arbeitsbeginn die Betriebsanleitung
und hier besonders das Kapitel Si-
cherheitshinweise gelesen haben.
Während des Arbeitseinsatzes ist es zu
spät.

2.1Mesures organisationnelles
Les instructions de service doivent demeu-
rer constamment à portée de main sur le
lieu d'utilisation de la machine.
En plus des instructions de service, tenir
compte des dispositions légales générales
et des autres dispositions obligatoires sur
la prévention des accidents. Donnez les
instructions qui s'y rapportent.
Ces obligations peuvent par exemple
concerner aussi l'utilisation des matériaux
dangereux ou la mise à disposition/le port
d'équipements de protection individuels
ainsi que le respect des règlements appli-
cables à la circulation routière.
Les instructions de service doivent être
complétées par des instructions relatives
à la prise en compte des particularités de
l'entreprise (y compris les obligations de
surveillance et de déclaration) concer-
nant par exemple l'organisation, le dérou-
lement du travail et le personnel affecté au
travail.
Le personnel chargé des travaux sur la
machine doit avoir lu les instructions de
service, et en particulier le chapitre Ins-
tructions de sécurité, avant de commen-
cer le travail. Pendant le travail, il est trop
tard.

2.1 Organizational measures

This Instruction Manual must be kept
ready to hand at the machine loca-
tion.
General statutory and other binding
accident prevention regulations must
be complied with and indicated in
addition to the Instruction Manual!
This type of obligation may govern,
e.g. handling hazardous materials or
supplying/wearing personal safety
equipment and compliance with road
traffic regulations.
The Instruction Manual must be
supplemented by rules, including
supervisory and notifying duties
taking special operational features
into account, e.g. regarding work
organization, operational sequences,
personnel used.
Before starting any work with or on
the machine, all authorized per-
sonnel must read the Instruction
Manual and in particular the chapter
Safety Instructions. Once work has
started is too late.
