Der Zahnriemen muss auf beiden
Zahnriemenscheiben gut und parallel
aufliegen. Gut angespannt, jedoch
nicht zu stark! Betätigen Sie die
Maschine nie ohne Riemenschutz!
Bei Verbrennungsmotoren vor Inbe-
triebnahme unbedingt Motoren- und
Getriebeöl einfüllen sowie Weglei-
tung des Motorenherstellers beach-
ten!
Die Fräsmaschine und der Industrie-
sauger werden nun in der folgenden
Reihenfolge in Betrieb genommen:
1 . Einschalten des Industriesaugers
 Hauptschalter des Industriesaugers
EIN
2. Inbetriebnahme der Fräsmaschine
a) Oelkontrolle beim Hydraulik-
Oelbehälter (Pos.201),dieser muss
bis zur Marke gefüllt sein. Wenn nö-
tig nachfüllen, Motoren-Oel SAE
10W/40 (MOTOREX-TOPAS)
b) Überprüfen Sie, dass der Not-Aus-
Schalter nicht betätigt ist, und der
Sicherheitsschalter steckt!
c) Überprüfen Sie die Drehrichtung
des Antriebmotors mit der Lauf-
richtmarkierung am Motor. Drücken
sie den EIN -Schalter (Entfällt bei
Dieselmotor).
d) Drehen Sie die Tiefeneinstellung
über das Handrad ganz zurück (ge-
gen den Uhrzeigersinn), so dass die
Frästrommel den Boden nach Ab-
senken der Maschine nicht berüh-
ren kann.
e) Betätigen Sie den Schalter durch
niederdrücken des "WEISSEN"
Einschaltknopfes. (Falls Sie eine
Fräsmaschine mit Verbrennungs-
motor haben, beachten Sie bitte die
beigefügten Anleitungen.

La courroie dentée doit être mise en place
de façon bien parallèle sur les deux pou-
lies de courroie. Elle doit être bien ten-
due, mais pas trop! Ne faites jamais
fonctionner la machine sans protection
de courroie!
Dans le cas de machines à moteurs à
essence, il est impératif d'effectuer le
remplissage d'huile de moteur et
d'huile à engrenages ainsi que de tenir
compte des instructions du construc-
teur du moteur !
La fraiseuse et l'aspirateur industriel sont
maintenant mis en service dans l'ordre
suivant:
1 . Mise en marche de l'aspirateur in-
dustriel
Interrupteur principal de l'aspirateur
industriel sur MARCHE (EIN)
2. Mise en service de la fraiseuse
a) Contrôlez s.v.p. le niveau d'huile hy-
draulique. Le réservoir doit être jusque
la marque (Pos.201).Si nécessaire,
ajouter avec huile de moteur SAE
10W/40 (MOTOREX-TOPAS)
b) Vérifiez que l'interrupteur d'arrêt
d'urgence ne soit pas activé!
c) Vérifiez le sens de rotation du moteur
d'entraînement en vous reportant à la
marque de sens de rotation apposée
sur le moteur. Il suffit d'appuyer légè-
rement sur le commutateur marche
(EIN). (Ne concerne pas les moteurs à
diesel).
d) Avec la roue manuelle, tournez le dis-
positif de réglage de la profondeur tota-
lement vers l'arrière (dans le sens op-
posé à celui des aiguilles d'une
montre), de telle sorte que le tambour
de fraise ne puisse toucher le sol lors-
que la machine est abaissée.
e)Actionnez le commutateur en appuyant
sur le bouton "BLANC" de mise en
marche (si vous avez une fraiseuse à
moteur à combustion interne, veuillez
tenir compte des instructions jointes par
le constructeur).

The gear belt must run parallel on
both driving discs. The belt must be
tight, but not too tight! Never op-
erate the machine without the belt
guard!
If the machine has a gasoline mo-
tor, fill motor and transmission oil
before starting and read the manu-
facturer's instructions!
The miller and the industrial extractor
are now started in the following se-
quence:
1 . Switch the industrial extractor
on
 Main switch of the industrial ex-
tractor ON.
2. Starting the Surfacer/Miller
a) Check oil-level at the hydraulik oil
reservoir which must be fully by the
marking.(Pos.201).Refill oil if nec-
essary. Motor oil SAE10W/40
(MOTOREX-TOPAS)
b) Check that the emergency off
switch has not been pressed, the
Key must be insered!
c) Check the direction of rotation of
the drive motor with the direction
marking on the motor. Pressing
the ON-switch lightly is sufficient.
(Not applicable with diesel mo-
tors).
d) Using the hand wheel, turn the
depth setting completely back (an-
ticlockwise) so that the milling
drum cannot touch the ground
when the machine is lowered.
e)Press the switch by holding the
"WITHE" push-button. (If you
have a miller with a gasoline en-
gine, please refer to the en-
closed manufacturer's instruc-
tions.
