2-Finger-Parallelgreifer Type PGN-plus
Anforderungen an die Ebenheit der Anschraubfläche
(bezogen auf die gesamte Greiferanschraubfläche):
< 0.02 mm bei einer Kantenlänge bis 100 mm
< 0.05 mm bei einer Kantenlänge ab 100 mm
6. Luftanschluss
Bei PGN-plus-EX für ATEX-Anwendungen die beigefügte
Kurzanleitung beachten!
ACHTUNG!
Beim Anschließen muss die Energieversorgung
abgeschaltet sein. Beachten Sie auch die Sicher-
heitshinweise auf den Seiten 3 und 4.
HINWEIS:
– Druckmittel: Druckluft
Anforderung an die Druckluftqualität nach ISO 8573-1: 6 4 4.
– Der Druckbereich für Sperrluft beträgt 0.5 – 1.0 bar.
– Öffnen Sie nur die von Ihnen benötigten Anschlüsse und ver-
schließen Sie die ungenutzten Luftzuführungen mit geeigne-
ten Blindstopfen.
– Für die schlauchlose Montage werden die zwei O-Ringe aus
dem Beipack verwendet.

Erreicht der Greifer nicht die Öffnungs- und Schließzeiten gemäß
unseres aktuellen Katalogs, prüfen Sie bitte folgende Punkte:
– Sind die am Greifer eingesetzten Drosselverschraubungen
maximal geöffnet? (Die Bewegung muss noch schlag- und
prellfrei erfolgen!)
– Haben die Druckluftleitungen zum Greifer, in Bezug auf den
Druckluftverbrauch, einen hinreichenden Innendurchmesser?
– Sind die Druckluftleitungen zwischen Greifer und Ventil so
kurz wie möglich?
– Ist der Durchfluss des Wegeventils hinreichend groß für den
Druckluftverbrauch des Greifers?

< 0.02 mm at an angle of up to 100 mm
< 0.05 mm at an angle as of 100 mm
6. Air connection
If PGN-plus-EX are used for ATEX-applications, consider the
enclosed brief instruction!
CAUTION!
When making the connection, the power supply must
be switched off. Please read and observe safety
instructions on pages 3 and 4.
NOTE:
– Pressure medium: compressed air
Standard for quality of the compressed air according to ISO
8573-1: 6 4 4.
– Pressure range of air purge is between 0.5 to 1.0 bar.
– Only open the connections required and use suitable plugs to
seal the unused air supply connections.
– The two O-rings from the accessories kit are used for
hose-free assembly.

If you cannot reach the opening and closing times mentioned in
the latest catalog, please check the following:
– Flow control valves are opened to the maximum extent
possible? (Movement still has to be shock-free!)
– Inner diameter of air hoses is sufficient for the gripper's air
consumption?
– Air hose between valve and gripper is as short as possible?
– Flow rate of valve is sufficient for the gripper's air con-
sumption?
