- Troubleshooting

Fault
1- The vacuum suddenly stops
2- Dust leaks from the va-
cuum
3- The vacuum blows instead of
sucking
4- Electrostatic current on the
vacuum
5- Leak of liquid
6- Vacuum fails to start after bin
emptying
Causes
1- Clogged main fi lter
1- Clogged suction hose
1- Motor protector tripper
2- The fi lter is torn
3- Incorrect connection to the
electricity main
4- Non existent or ineffi cient
earthing
5- The level control not work-
ing
6- The level control hose is clog-
ged

Remedies
1- Shake the fi lter. Replace it
if this is not suffi cient
1- Check the suction hose and
clean it
1- Check the setting.
Check the power draw of the
motor.
Empty the container.
Contact an authorized af-
ter-sales service centre if
necessary
2- Change it with another
3- Remove the plug and invert
two of the live wires
4- Check all earth connec-
tions. Particularly check the
suction inlet
Lastly, the hose must be
strict ly antistatic
5- Contact an authorized after-
sales service centre
6- Release bin and clean level
control hose
