2. Aufbau und Funktionen

Die -trivac-Pumpen sind olgedichtete Va-
kuumpumpen in Drehschieberbauart. Der
Antriebsmotor — ein Flanschmotor, Bau-
art B5 — ist direkt am Pumpengehause
angeflanscht. Pumpenwelle und Motor-
welle sind durch eine elastische Kupplung
direkt miteinander verbunden. Ein auf der
Kupplung montierter Lufter und entspre-
chende Kuhloffnungen halten auch unter
Extrembedingungen die Temperaturen im
Kupplungsbereich niedrig. Alle Lagerstel-
len sind geschmierte Gleitlager.
Das Pumpengehause ist aus Einzelteilen
zusammengesetzt, die durch Rund-
Dichtringe gegeneinander abgedichtet
sind. Alle Teile sind verstiftet, so daB eine
leichte Demontage gewahrleistet ist. Der
Pumpenkorper kann ohne Schwierigkei-
ten und ohne Spezialwerkzeug ausge-
bautwerden.
Der exzentrisch im Pumpengehause (1)
angeordnete Rotor (2) unterteilt mit 3 ra-
dial gleitenden Schiebern (16) den
Schopfraum der Pumpe in mehrere Kam-
mern. Das Volumen jeder Kammer andert
sich periodisch mit der Drehung des Ro-
tors.
Dadurch wird am Ansaugstutzen (7) Gas
angesaugt. Dieses passiert das Schmutz-
fangsieb (6), geht an dem geoffnetem
Saugstutzenventil (5) vorbei und gelangt
dann in den Schopfraum. Im Schopfraum

The -trivac-pumps are oil-sealed rotary
vane pumps. The drive motor — a flange-
coupled motor design type B 5 — is di-
rectly flanged onto the pump body. Pump
shaft and motor shaft are connected with
one another by an elastic coupling. A fan
mounted on the coupling and suitable
ventiducts provide low temperatures in
the region of the coupling even under
extreme conditions. All bearing points are
lubricated friction bearings.
The pump housing consists of assembly
parts sealed from each other by O-rings.
All parts are pin-fitted to ensure easy
dismantling. The pump body is easy to
disassemble without using special tools.
The rotor (2), mounted eccentrically in the
pump cylinder (1) divides — with its three
radially sliding vanes (16) — the pump
chamber into several chambers. The volu-
me of each chamber changes periodically
with the rotation of the rotor.
Hereby gas is sucked in on the intake port
(7). This gas passes through the dirt trap
sieve (6), passes the open intake-port
valve (5) and enters the pump chamber. In
the pump chamber, the air is passed on
and compressed — after the inlet apertu-
re is closed by the vane. Oil is injected into
the pump chamber through (15), a) for
lubricating and sealing between pump
chamber wall and sealing face of the vane
2. Construction et principe

Les pompes -trivac- sont des pompes a
joint d'huile a trois palettes. Le moteur a
bride — modele B5 — est directement
rapporte a la pompe. L'arbre de la pompe
est couple directement au moteur par un
couplage elastique. Un ventilateur monte
sur le couplage et les ouvertures corre-
spondantes maintiennent des temperatu-
res basses meme dans des conditions de
service ardues. Tous les paliers sont des
paliers-glisseurs graisses.
Le carter de pompe est constitue de di-
vers elements, etanches les uns contre
les autres par des joints toriques. Chacun
de ces elements est goupille ce qui assu-
re un demontage aise. Le corps de pompe
permet un demontage facile et sans qu'il y
ait besoin d'avoir recours a des outils
speciaux.
Le rotor excentrique (2) loge dans le car-
ter (1) subdivise par ses trois palettes a
glissement radial (16) la chambre de la
pompe en plusieurs chambres dont le
volume se modifie periodiquement sui-
vant le mouvement du rotor.
Du a ce changement de volume periodi-
que des chambres, du gaz est aspire a la
tubulure d'admission (7). Celui-ci passe a
travers le filtre protecteur (6) et la soupa-
pe d'admission ouverte (5) pour parvenir
enfin a la chambre de detente. Apres
