The following files are available:
− Process and results file (Result file), always ends with .R85
If curves have been saved for the processes, they are automatically included
in the display.
− OK curves file, always ends with .C85
− NOK curves file, always ends with .D85
Zoom function:
For a more accurate view, use the left mouse button to bring up a zoom win-
dow.
The original display (Un-zoom) can be restored by using the

Report printout:
A process can be documented and printed after every process, or this can be
done later by calling stored process files. The process curves, process re-
sults, device parameters and production data are included in this report.

The measured values in the measurement curves are stored in curve files and
can be printed or exported separately.
TIP
You can choose portrait or landscape format immediately before printing, or
preset the required orientation with Windows.
You can integrate your company logo in the display and the printout.
To do this, name the file containing your logo LOGO.BMP or LOGO.GIF (bit-
map or GIF format) and save it in the PME Assistant installation directory. The
logo will then appear below the overall result.
