Step 3 (Alarm range window):
Call the Alarm window window and press the "Automatically adjust alarm
and range window" button. This will automatically adapt the display and con-
trol area to the measuring range of the connected sensors.
Step 4 (tolerance window):
Use the left mouse button to move the tolerance windows to the decisive posi-
tions for the process.
To do this:
• Keep the left mouse button pressed down
• Pull window
• Select: "New window"
(In this case: Window 1 for the thread-in process, window 2 for the fitting pro-
cess and window 3 as the end window to display the block force).
NOTE
All tolerance windows must lie within the range window marked in green. The
blue alarm window must be at least as big as the range window – the size can
be changed with the mouse.
Step 5:
To set up further evaluation criteria for the tolerance windows, click on the re-
quired window which will then appear in blue.
Clicking on the button opens another window where you can e.g. se-
lect the entry and exit sides.
Step 6:
In setting up mode, use the button to start a measurement "manually",
run the process through and then stop again manually with the button.
If necessary, repeat this process several times to obtain an accurate curve
family. To do this, click on the "Curve history" item in the "Graphics" menu first.
